Top 5 iOS Navigation and Maps Apps in Colombia, Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the navigation and maps category on iOS in Colombia saw some interesting trends among its top applications. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps showed varied performance in terms of downloads, active users, and revenue.

Google Maps remained a dominant player, with weekly downloads fluctuating between 20K and 25K. Active users consistently increased, starting at approximately 2M and reaching over 2.2M by the end of the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced a rise in downloads towards the end of the quarter, peaking at around 14K. Its active user base also saw growth, moving from 746K to roughly 843K.

Google Earth had a modest performance, with downloads ranging from 2K to 3K. Active users increased slightly from 31K to just over 35K.

Transiteca showed a steady increase in downloads, reaching a high of 1.8K in early December. Despite minimal revenue, the app maintained a consistent presence in the market.

Circuit Route Planner saw weekly revenue peak at $228 in mid-December, with downloads stabilizing around 300. Active users began at 821, dipping slightly to 736 by the quarter's end.
